What is body butter and how is it different than a lotion? Body butter is the key if you’re looking for more intense hydration for your skin. It is thicker than your average lotion. Since body butter is thicker than lotion, it takes a bit longer to absorb into the skin, but you don’t need need to use as much to achieve hydrating results. This is especially important during dry and cold weather. It is fantastic for all skin types, but especially those who have dry or sensitive skin due to our rich and nourishing formulation which is always made in small batches with the highest quality ingredients available.
